Optional ride updates
SMS Terms
Effective August 28, 2026
Program description
When you expressly opt in on the Karelink Health website, we may send transactional text messages about the specific request and ride associated with that submission. Messages may include a request acknowledgement, ride confirmation, and ride-completion notice.
Consent and message frequency
The SMS option is voluntary, is not preselected, and is not a condition of receiving transportation services. By selecting it and submitting the form, you confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at the mobile number provided. You may receive up to 3 text messages for each submitted ride request.
Important ride information
A request-received message does not confirm a ride. A ride is confirmed only when Karelink Health sends a specific confirmation notice or a staff member confirms it with you. Do not use text messaging for emergencies. Call 911 for a medical emergency.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any Karelink Health text to stop future messages. Reply HELP for help, email admin@karelinkhealth.com, or call 312-838-2100. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming the opt out.
Charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Karelink Health and participating carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle submitted information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
